Lance Parker is a retired Learning Director who held various leadership roles at The Dow Chemical Company from 1990 to 2024, including Site Integration Leader during the Dow-DuPont merger. Currently, they serve as a Board Member for Theatre Baton Rouge since 2012. Lance completed their education at Tennessee Technological University between 1985 and 1990.
