Lara Santos

Lara Santos is the Responsible Care Director for Spain, Portugal, and Turkey at Dow Chemical Company. They previously served in various leadership roles, including Site & Production Leader for Correggio PU Systems in Italy and Operations Leader for multiple facilities in Africa. Lara's career began with positions as an Environmental Technician at SICE and a Student Worker at Renault, followed by significant experience at Dow in operations, quality coordination, and project management. They hold multiple Master's Degrees in Chemical Engineering and Renewable Energy from renowned institutions.
