Len Weeks has extensive experience in engineering roles, particularly in maintenance and process improvement. Beginning as a Maintenance Engineer at Nisseki Chemicals from 2007 to 2008, Len transitioned to Chemtrade for a similar position from May 2008 to December 2011. Following this, Len held the roles of Maintenance Engineer and Senior Maintenance Engineer at OCI Beaumont LLC from December 2011 to April 2016.
