Lesley Larson

Lesley Larson is an experienced procurement and sourcing professional with a robust background in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Americas Procure to Pay Leader at Dow since August 2017. In this role, Lesley leads the procurement and payment organization across Latin America and North America, managing the entire PR to PO process. Previous positions at Dow include North America Procure to Pay Leader, Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, and Strategic Sourcing Manager, where Lesley developed extensive sourcing strategies and negotiated global contracts. Earlier experience includes roles in customer service, technical support, and credit recovery at Dow Corning and The Dow Chemical Company, complemented by a BBA in Marketing/Management from Northwood University.
