Lin Zhao

Lin Zhao is a seasoned research scientist at Dow, with a focus on solid-liquid separation, solids processing, CO2 capture, decarbonization, and sustainable water management since May 2015. Key contributions include major plant startup and commissioning activities in the United States and Saudi Arabia, along with R&D, plant support, troubleshooting, new product development, and process improvement. Prior to this role, Lin Zhao served as an associate research scientist and senior engineer at The Ohio State University, gaining extensive research experience. Educational qualifications include a PhD and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Engineering from Zhejiang University.
