Lisa Donnell is an experienced operations and turnaround leader currently serving as the Houston Area Operations TES Turnaround Director at Dow since August 2011. Prior to this, Lisa held various leadership roles in energy and commissioning at Dow, overseeing complete turnaround executions and ensuring adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards. With a background in project controls and engineering solutions from positions at ICS, Inc. and CDI Professional Services, Lisa brings robust expertise in cost management and scheduling to high-stakes petrochemical projects. Lisa's educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University.
