Luce Righetto

Luce Righetto is a seasoned Lab Technician in Research and Development for Polyurethanes at The Dow Chemical Company, where they have worked since 2007. They began their career with internships in the water purification and wastewater management sectors, followed by a role as a Chemical Specialist at Eni. With a strong foundation in chemical technology, Luce also amassed extensive experience as a plant operator at Enichem from 1996 to 2007. Passionate about renewable energy and digital technologies, Luce is dedicated to continuous learning and improvement in their field.
