Lucy Sutton-Maack has extensive administrative experience, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at The Dow Chemical Company since October 2015. Prior to this role, Lucy was the Executive Assistant in the Chairman & CEO Office at Lindt & Sprüngli from September 2011 to September 2015. Lucy's career also includes positions at Shell, where responsibilities included German IT Helpdesk Teamleader and roles within the Information Technology Service Desk from June 2001 to October 2008. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at Galerie Bruno Bischofberger AG and as PA to the CEO and Director of Operations at Bank von Ernst. Starting in hospitality, Lucy worked as Front Desk Manager at the Royal Hotel Zurich from May 1991 to July 1994. Lucy holds a Diplom from Handelsmittelschule, Kantonsschule Enge Zürich and is currently pursuing further education at The Open University.
