Marlon Patton is a Senior Operations Leader at The Dow Chemical Company, where they leverage extensive experience in maintenance engineering and operational leadership. Marlon began their career as an Engineering Solutions Co-op in 2009 before progressing through various roles including Reliability Engineering Co-Op and Maintenance Engineer. They were actively involved in initiating reliability improvements and managing significant engineering projects that enhanced process safety and efficiency. Marlon is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where they earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Before their tenure at Dow, Marlon served as the Entertainment Coordinator for the National Society of Black Engineers from 2012 to 2013.
