Matt Asher is the North America Automotive Technical Service and Development Leader at Dow Chemical, where they oversee the integration and technical success of a diverse Performance Solutions portfolio. Previously, Matt served as a Technical Leader for Automotive Fluids and Lubricants at Dow Automotive Systems from 2008 to 2010, managing team development and new product formulations. They also worked as a TS&D Specialist focusing on Automotive Glass Bonding at Dow. Prior to their time at Dow, Matt was an Automotive Topcoat Formulation Chemist at PPG Industries from 1994 to 2001, specializing in waterborne basecoats. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Indiana University Bloomington, where they completed their degree in 1994 and are presently pursuing further studies.
