Matthew Olleck

Matthew Olleck has a robust background in chemical engineering and operations, having held various roles at The Dow Chemical Company from 2017 to the present. They began as a Site Integration Specialist during the DowDuPont merger and progressed through positions such as Production Engineer and Continuous Improvement Specialist, where they became a Six Sigma Black Belt. Currently, they serve as a Manufacturing Representative and Commissioning Leader, supporting the Path2Zero program at Dow Fort Saskatchewan. Matthew holds a BASc in Chemical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, complemented by studies in General Sciences at Okanagan University College.
