Michael Glackin

Michael Glackin is a strategic senior-level in-house counsel currently serving as Associate General Counsel for The Dow Chemical Company, where they lead global litigation across the U.S. and over 100 countries. With a strong background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and environmental law, Michael has successfully managed high-profile litigation, including securing a $2.49 billion arbitration award. Prior to Dow, Michael gained litigation experience at nationally respected law firms and has held various legal leadership roles, including managing legal matters for a $20 billion business unit and providing counsel for a $10 billion subsidiary. Michael holds a JD from the University of Iowa College of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of Iowa.
