Michael Swope

Michael Swope has a diverse background in technical training and supervision, with experience in the US Marine Corps from July 2010 to September 2015 as an Aircraft Maintenance Admin Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising and mentoring over 20 Marines and providing training in maintenance and safety procedures. Following military service, Michael Swope worked for Dow in various roles, including Senior Training Coordinator, where one-on-one training was provided to new employees, and positions as a Chemical Process Operator and Waste Scheduler, focusing on plant monitoring and waste management. Michael Swope holds an Associate of Applied Science in Process Technology from Alvin Community College with a GPA of 3.444 and a Certificate in Chemical Technology from Brazosport College with a perfect GPA of 4.0.
