Michelle Bourke is an experienced professional with a robust background in operational excellence, change management, and organizational effectiveness, primarily at Dow since July 2006. Michelle has held various leadership roles, including Site Operational Excellence and Innovation Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing digital manufacturing acceleration and guiding integration of management systems. Michelle also served as a Global Continuous Improvement Project Leader, emphasizing culture change and continuous improvement across client facilities. A proven expert in Environmental Health and Safety, Michelle has implemented global management systems and led initiatives in remediation and sustainability. Prior to Dow, Michelle held roles in education and project management, demonstrating a strong capacity for leadership, employee development, and client relationship management.
