Mike Gallagher is currently an R&D Fellow in Advanced Packaging Technologies at DuPont and an R&D Fellow in Advanced Circuits & Packaging at Qnity. They have served as an R&D Manager in Advanced Packaging Technologies at Dow since 2009 and were a Program Manager at Rohm and Haas from 2001 to 2009. Mike holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and completed a postdoctoral program at Technische Universität Berlin after earning a BS from Yale University.
