Pat Dean

Pat Dean brings extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Product Director of Dow Services Business at Dow since August 2016, Pat has previously held key positions, including Quality Director for both Performance Materials and Coatings and Silicones. Prior to joining Dow, valuable experience was gained at Dow Corning from 1987 to August 2016, where roles included Director of Supply Chain Planning and Global Logistics, Plant Manager, and various engineering and managerial positions focusing on manufacturing automation and process engineering. An alumnus of the University of Cincinnati, Pat holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
