Paul Ivory

Paul Ivory has gained diverse experience in engineering roles, primarily focused on manufacturing excellence and process improvement within the chemical and paper industries. At International Paper, Paul served as a Manufacturing Excellence Intern, where responsibilities included process engineering for paper machines and sustainable project completion aimed at boosting production and reducing variability. While at ExxonMobil, Paul led initiatives to convert chlorine facilities to bleach facilities and managed a transportation project for capital additives. Paul further enhanced skills at Dow as a Production Engineering Intern, collaborating to establish central documentation for environmental leak calculations. Currently, Paul is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at Lamar University, expected to graduate in 2024, while also working as a Program Specialist at Beaumont Children's Museum.
