Paul Morabito has extensive experience in laboratory automation and research process control, currently serving as the Dow Chemical People Leader Automation Group Manager at The Dow Chemical Company since 1992. In this role, Paul leads a diverse team specializing in laboratory robotics and computing technology to create innovative automation solutions for the company’s research and development efforts. Prior to this position, Paul was the Automation Team Leader at Dow and served as an Adjunct Chemistry Professor at Saginaw Valley State University from 1996 to 2000, where a passion for teaching was evident. Paul earned a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Gannon University.
