Philip Harsh

Philip Harsh is currently an Associate R&D Engineering Manager at Dow Chemical Company, focusing on the development and scale-up of new emulsion and solution polymer processes for the global manufacturing network. Previously, they have held several roles at Dow, including Senior R&D Engineering Specialist, where they led cross-functional projects related to coatings. Philip worked as a Research Chemist at Ross Technology Corp. and conducted graduate research in natural products for cancer at West Virginia University, where they also earned their B.S. in Chemistry and M.S. in Organic Chemistry. With a professional goal of earning an MBA, Philip has developed notable expertise in superhydrophobic and superoleophobic coatings.
