Raymond W. possesses extensive experience in environmental health and safety (EH&S) and compliance management within the chemical industry. At The Dow Chemical Company, Raymond served as the EH&S Leveraged Delivery Site LDAR Coordinator and Senior Contract Administrator from July 2016 to October 2019. Prior to this role, Raymond worked at Dow from October 2019 to August 2007, holding positions as the TX Regional LDAR Compliance Manager and NA LeakDas Database System Administrator, as well as LDAR Site Manager for a monitoring contractor. Academic qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Louisiana State University-Alexandria, earned between 2017 and 2021, and a high school diploma from Plymouth Salem High School, obtained in 1988.
