Rich Belger

Rich Belger has extensive experience in IT and security management, currently serving as Service Support Manager/Vendor Delivery Lead at Dow since May 2013, where responsibilities include developing optimized support models for application lifecycle management and ensuring user satisfaction. Prior to this, Rich held various roles at IBM from November 2004 to May 2013, including Security Delivery Project Executive and Service Desk Delivery Manager, overseeing global security operations and managing service desks with over 200 agents. Rich has a solid foundation in system administration from earlier roles at EDS and Dow, as well as military experience with the US Marine Corps during the Gulf War. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/Management from Northwood University.
