Rick DeCaire, CSP, CHMM, currently serves as the North America Corporate Facilities EHS Delivery Leader and previously held the role of EHS Delivery Manager at Dow since January 2017. Concurrently, Rick has been a Fire Captain/EMT with the Auburn Williams Fire Department since January 1999, dedicated to providing exceptional service and high performance. Prior to his current position, Rick worked as an EHS Specialist at Dow Corning from 1999 to 2017, focusing on environmental reporting and safety policies, and held the title of Loss Prevention Officer, emphasizing emergency response. Earlier experience includes a co-op role at The Dow Chemical Company from 1994 to 1997, where Rick gained practical skills in R&D. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Safety, Security & Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry from Saginaw Valley State University.
