Rob Morales

Rob Morales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract administration and operations within the chemical industry. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at The Dow Chemical Company since May 2001, Rob oversees contractor compliance, managing financial approvals and contract-related issues. Previous roles at The Dow include Maintenance Coach and Operations Coach, where Rob implemented performance measurement tools and significantly reduced overtime costs. Early in the career at Union Carbide, Rob worked as a Remediation Specialist and SAP Coach, managing budgets exceeding $3 million and ensuring accurate material tracking in SAP. Rob’s educational background includes attendance at LaMarque High School and studies at COM & SHSU from 1975 to 1980.
