Robert Bellair

Robert Bellair is a Technical Leader at The Dow Chemical Company, where they serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Reactive Chemicals and lead flammability testing. With deep expertise in process hazard evaluation and hazardous reactive chemistry, particularly in monomer handling, Robert contributes significantly to safety improvements within the company. They hold a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and have a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Wayne State University, where they also taught as an adjunct faculty member. Prior to their role at Dow, Robert gained valuable experience as a Lab Technician at EFTEC North America and worked as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Wayne State University.
