Ryan Marra

Ryan Marra is an accomplished global leader with extensive experience in Procurement and HR. They have held significant roles at Dow Corning and Dow, including Global Benefits, Retirement, & Wellbeing Director, where they led teams that impacted over 34,000 employees globally. Previously, they served as Government Contracts & Small Business Liaison Officer at Dow Corning, managing federal business development, and were a Business Systems Specialist at the Social Security Administration. Ryan is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science at Marshall University, along with a Value Chain Certificate from Michigan State University and an Executive Leadership Program at McKinsey Academy.
