Sam Gammage is currently the State Government Affairs Director at Dow, a role they have held since 2022. Previously, Sam served as Vice President & General Counsel at the Texas Chemical Council from 2018 to 2022, and as Assistant Director in the Communications and Intergovernmental Relations Division at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality from 2016 to 2018. Sam’s earlier experiences include legislative positions, such as Legislative Director for Chairman Joe Pickett in the Texas House of Representatives and Legislative Policy Aide to Speaker Joe Straus. They completed their law degree at St. Mary's University School of Law between 2011 and 2014.
