Sandra Chen is a seasoned HR professional who has held various leadership roles in global workforce administration. They began their career as an HR Specialist at 花旗 from 2006 to 2008, and later progressed to become the HRBP Manager for Asia Pacific Marketing & Sales at The Dow Chemical Company from 2015 to 2017.
