Sara Stamas

Sara Stamas is the North America Payroll Leader at Dow, where they currently lead a 20-person payroll organization and oversee the implementation of payroll systems. Previously, they held various HR roles at Dow from 2001 to 2019, including HR Business Partner and HR Operations Leader for Total Rewards, where they managed both benefits and global compensation operations. Sara also served as the Latin America Mobility Leader and Global Vendor Manager, driving mobility programs and managing vendor relationships. They earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from St. Mary's College.
