Sofie Falcão is currently the EMEAI Regional Inclusion & Employee Experience Leader, having previously held roles as a Customs & Trade Compliance Manager and Senior Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist at Dow from 2017 to 2022. Prior to that, Sofie served as an Adviser for International Affairs at the Federation of Industries of the Brazilian State Rio Grande do Norte from 2014 to 2017, as well as an Adviser for International Trade at IHK Pfalz from 2011 to 2014. Sofie is pursuing a Master of Arts in Conflict, Security and Development at the University of Bradford and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at Technische Universität Dresden.
