Steve Gaspard possesses extensive experience in environmental operations within the chemical industry, having begun at The Dow Chemical Company in 2005 as a Six Sigma Black Belt Project Leader, focusing on efficiency improvements in waste water treatment. Subsequently, Gaspard served as Environmental Operations Quality Manager, overseeing HCL raw material specifications and waste characterization in Texas. Since October 2007, Gaspard has been the Sr EH&S Manager, responsible for SARA Environmental Reporting at Texas Operations, including compliance with SARA 311/312 and SARA 313 requirements. Gaspard holds a BS in Chemistry from Southwest Texas State University, earned between 1980 and 1983.
