Steve Robison

Steve Robison is an accomplished organizational effectiveness director and HR professional with extensive experience at The Dow Chemical Company since January 2011. In the current role as Organizational Effectiveness Director, HR, Steve leads change management and organizational design initiatives, including significant projects related to the DowDuPont transaction and the launch of Dow's Employee Value Proposition. Previously, as Director of Human Resources, Steve partnered with three global business units to establish and implement tailored HR strategies. Earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Director at Dow Kokam, where strategy development for a joint venture was a primary focus, and various leadership roles within Dow Chemical, emphasizing talent management and organizational effectiveness. Steve holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The University of Akron and a BA in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University.
