Steve Winchell

Steve Winchell is the Global Senior Technology Center Director at Dow, where they leverage extensive experience in technology and operational leadership. They previously held positions at Dow Corning and Dow Performance Silicones, managing multiple production teams and overseeing major capital projects. Winchell has also served as a Global Improvement Director for Feedstocks & Intermediates at Dow, developing strategies to enhance production and profitability. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA with a focus in Finance from Central Michigan University.
