Steven Odom

Steven Odom is currently the Strategic Planning Director at Dow, where they lead initiatives focused on capital and sustainability. Previously, they held various roles at Dow including Global Business Finance Director, where they provided financial decision-making and analysis for a $1.5 billion revenue segment. Steven's earlier experiences include serving as a Peace Corps Leader and Community Development Consultant, where they enhanced agricultural production and sanitation facilities in their community. Additionally, they contributed to media marketing strategies while working as a Summer Associate at Opportunity Fund. Steven earned their MBA from UC Berkeley in 2008.
