Steven Rausch

Steven Rausch has accumulated extensive experience in engineering and operations, beginning as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Michigan State University from June 2012 to May 2015. Rausch progressed to Dow Corning as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer from July 2015 to September 2016, and then served as a Senior Production Engineer at The Dow Chemical Company from September 2016 to February 2020. Recently, Rausch has held multiple senior roles at Dow, including Senior Operations Leader, Senior Environmental Specialist, and Production Engineering Manager until February 2023. Rausch holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University, along with educational credentials from RWTH Aachen University.
