Swetha Nair

Swetha Nair, P.Eng, MBA, is a Process Automation Manager with extensive experience in the manufacturing and engineering sectors. They previously worked as an Advanced Process Control Engineer at Reliance Industries Ltd. and have held multiple roles at Dow, culminating in their current position where they focus on the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated control solutions. Swetha participated in the start-up of one of the world's largest Crude/Vacuum Distillation units and has contributed to various employee resource groups promoting diversity and inclusion. They are currently pursuing an MBA at the University of Alberta with a focus on energy, environment, and natural resources.
