Tejas Pandya

Tejas Pandya is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate secretarial and legal matters. Currently serving as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary at Dow since February 2008, Tejas handles litigation, ethics, and compliance. Previously, Tejas was Legal Manager and Company Secretary at Dow Performance Silicones from February 2008 to March 2018, and worked as Executive – Secretarial and Legal at K Raheja Services Private Limited from May 2006 to February 2008. Tejas also held the position of Company Secretary and Legal Executive at Gufic Biosciences Ltd. from May 2005 to June 2006. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from St. Gonsalo Garcia College and a Bachelor of Laws from Government Law College, Mumbai.
