Thomas Schroeder is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process safety and manufacturing within the chemical industry. Since November 2002, Thomas has held various leadership roles at Dow, including Process Safety Technology Leader for Isocyanates, CAV, HPPO, and PG, as well as Lead Technology Manager and Technology Manager, specializing in chlorine, HCl, and hydrogen. Prior to joining Dow, Thomas worked at tesa tape as a Produktionsingenieur and at The Dow Chemical Company as a Chemikant and Auszubildender Chemikant. Thomas holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Verfahrenstechnik from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
