Thorsten Schmidt is currently the Regional Commercial Director for EMEA Adhesives at DuPont and has held this position since 2019. Previously, Thorsten served as Sales Director for Western Europe at Dow Chemical starting in 2001, and as a Key Account Manager for the VW Group at Gurit Essex from 1995 to 2001. Thorsten also gained early experience in R&D and sales of paints and sealers while working at Sahm Chemie between 1990 and 1993.
