Tiger Peng

Tiger Peng is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR development across multiple regions, including Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner for Dow, responsibilities include managing HR functions for IT, Corporate Facility, R&D, and Coating & Performance Monomers Business in the APAC region. Prior roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Marketing Specialist for Dow, as well as Senior HR Specialist for LEDVANCE and various HR roles at OSRAM. Tiger Peng holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Development from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Donghua University.
