Tim Lueder is the Process R&D Director at Dow Performance Silicones, bringing over 20 years of experience in the chemicals industry with a strong focus on commercializing new intermediates and formulated products. Tim has held various leadership roles, including Construction Industry R&D Director at Dow Corning from 2008 to 2013, and currently serves as Process R&D Manager at The Dow Chemical Company since 1997.
