Tim O'Neal

Tim O'Neal is an experienced leader in operations and engineering with over two decades at Dow, where roles have included Global Operations Director for Operational Excellence and Leveraged Services, Global Director Operations, and Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability Technology Director. O'Neal has spearheaded various initiatives including operational excellence systems, business processes within IT/OT, and compliance with EHS&S targets. Previous experience includes positions as Site Director, Production Director, and Senior Production Leader, where O'Neal managed manufacturing operations and led Six Sigma projects, driving significant cost savings. Earlier roles at Union Carbide and Ashland Petroleum Company involved engineering and operational support, ensuring safety and compliance in manufacturing processes. Tim O'Neal holds an MBA from Marshall University and a BS in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
