Tim Tapper has extensive experience in the chemical manufacturing industry, currently serving as a Production Leader at Dow Chemical since July 1996 and as a Lead Quality Engineer/Site QMS Representative at SUEZ - Water Technologies & Solutions since September 2012. In addition to these roles, Tim has been a Lean Implementation Leader at Dow Chemical/FilmTec Corporation since 2011, where recognition was received for exemplary representation in building a new manufacturing facility. Previously, Tim led a membrane production department of sixty chemical operators from 2004 to 2011, overseeing Sales and Operations Planning and adjusting resources to achieve business goals. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, earned between 1978 and 1985.
