Timothy Kaetzer

Timothy Kaetzer is a Process Safety Manager at The Dow Chemical Company with over fifteen years of experience in leadership, production engineering, process safety, and project management within the chemical and oil and gas industries. Timothy has previously served as a Petroleum Engineer at Baseline Oil & Gas Corp. and TRUK Oil and Gas Operating LLC, where they contributed to optimizing oil and gas production. At Dow, they held several roles, including Improvement/Process Safety Manager and Senior Improvement Engineer, where they led teams in enhancing process safety and production performance, as well as mentoring new engineers. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona.
