Tracy Larson has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Global HR Focal Point for PR!ME ERG at Dow since October 2016, where Tracy collaborates with the PR!ME Global Team to craft a global inclusion and equity strategy for employees aged 50 and above. Prior roles at Dow include Leadership Effectiveness HR COE Consultant and HR Team Leader for Compensation, leading various initiatives in compensation management, employee engagement, and performance improvement, while also mentoring HR colleagues. Tracy's tenure encompasses a variety of HR functions, including talent management and organizational development, across multiple leadership positions and companies such as Dow Corning. Tracy holds an MBA in Human Resources and a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources and Spanish from Central Michigan University.
