Troy Gerding

Troy Gerding is currently the Dow Commercial Excellence Director at Dow, where they leverage their extensive experience in global operations and customer service. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles, including Global Operations Manager at XIAMETER and Global Digital Operations Manager at Dow Chemical Consumer Solutions. Gerding also served as Director of Customer Shared Services at Dow Corning Corporation, overseeing a global team supporting $6 billion in sales. They began their career as a Supply Chain Leader and Logistics Manager at various Dow divisions and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Saginaw Valley State University.
