Troy Rey

Troy Rey is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in the chemical industry. Currently serving as the Greater North America Engineering Director at Dow since September 2012, Troy leads a diverse team of 66 direct reports and 37 contingent staff across various design disciplines, including civil, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, PCE, and piping. Key responsibilities encompass performance management, resource allocation, goal setting, employee development, training, and budget management, along with leading the implementation of improvement strategies at different levels. Previously, Troy held positions as Operations Leader and Northern North America Regional Technical Support Leader at Dow, and worked as a Project Engineer and Process Engineer at Anderson Development Company from 1998 to 2000. Troy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University, earned in 1996.
