Wayne Yao is an experienced R&D director currently leading the APAC PU Business at Dow, where they manage a research organization across five labs in the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Wayne held various leadership roles including Director of Asia Pacific Core R&D at Dow and Senior Technology Manager at Honeywell China. With a background in materials science and engineering, Wayne developed expertise in product development and innovation, notably during their tenure at GE Plastics and Reveo Inc. They earned a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science & Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China.
