Will Koonce is currently the Senior Global R&D Director at The Dow Chemical Company, overseeing Performance Silicones Product Development. They have an extensive background in research and development, having previously served as the R&D Director for Dow’s Polyurethane Business and Global TS&D Director. Will's expertise lies in materials science, polymers, and organizational leadership, and they have played a key role in driving innovation and growth within Dow. They hold an education credential from Columbia Business School obtained in 2017.
