William Liechty

William Liechty is currently the Associate R&D/TS&D Director at Dow Coating Materials, a position held since 2022. They previously served in various roles at Dow, including Senior R&D Leader and Associate Research Scientist, from 2015 to 2017. William's academic accomplishments include earning a PhD from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, where they were also a Gates Scholar. Their early career included positions as Principal at Texas Venture Labs and as a Bioscience Associate at the Austin Technology Incubator.
