William "Brad" McNeil has diverse experience in construction management and logistics within the engineering and industrial sectors. McNeil began working as a Material Coordinator at Wood from September 2015 to October 2018, managing materials, rental equipment, and contractors for various projects. Following this role, McNeil served as Equipment and Logistics Supervisor at KAP Project Services, LTD from October 2018 until March 2022. Currently, McNeil holds the position of R&D Capital Projects Construction Manager at Dow since March 2022.
